HERE navigates you through streets that are physically closed for a special event (for example, Fiesta San Antonio, parades, festivals, marathons).
The route goes through barricaded roads even though local authorities have announced temporary closures.
The road appears open in HERE product or service such as HERE WeGo, but local signage or police indicate it is closed.
Other navigation apps show detours, but HERE WeGo does not reflect the temporary closure.

How to Report Temporary Road Closures

### Option 1: Submit map feedback (recommended)

1. Open HERE Map Feedback: https://mapfeedback.here.com
2. Search for the affected location or drop a pin on the closed road.
3. Select Road closed / traffic restriction as the issue type.
4. In the description, clearly state:
That the closure is temporary
The event name (for example: Fiesta San Antonio)
If known, the dates and hours of the closure
5. Submit the report.

This feedback is reviewed by HERE cartography teams and can be reflected in HERE Maps and HERE WeGo once verified.

### Option 2: Contact HERE WeGo support

If you can reproduce the issue during active navigation:
