Cannot update the country field of billing address

Issue

Self-serve Base Plan HERE account cannot change the country field value of their billing address as follows:



Even by selecting "Use different billing address", the country field is still not changeable.

Cause

This is expected, because there are implications such as different taxation, currency or account setup (EMEA vs US) that does not allow changing country settings.

For example, if you want to change country of a billing address from UK to US, tax policies, currency, and HERE Accounting team/Business Unit all need to change.

Resolution

HERE can only offer the solution to create a new realm and migrate your existing apps.

Please register a new HERE account with your expected country settings and create support ticket.

Note

HERE named and partner accounts with Enterprise Plan cannot manage billing address by themselves, but they have this limitation too.
