[Billing] How to change or update billing email or address

HERE self-serve tiered Base Plan customers can not change existing billing email but can specify an additional billing address.

Just log in to your HERE platform portal > Subscriptions & Billing > Account Details > check "Use different billing address"

1. Launcher > Subscription & Billing



2. Account Details > Edit



3. Use different billing address



4. Add the new email address



The email address in the original billing address cannot be changed, but you can use another email in the additional billing address.
