[Platform] How to prepare an account for Traffic Analytics

I have my email account prepared for Traffic Analytics access but still cannot log in Log in | HERE Traffic Analytics

Answer:

Try the Forgot your password? link on the Traffic Analytics login page, note the Organization ID is preset as "here":



If your email account exists, you will see the following result:



And receive the following email:



If your email account does not exist, you will see the following message:



In such a case, you need to register a "here" realm account, here is the point:

Navigate to https://account.here.com/sign-up and use "here" as the Organization ID.



Yes, the point is preparing a "here" realm account for accessing Traffic Analytics.

Note

Even after having a "here" realm account, you still need a contract for accessing Traffic Analytics.
